Georg Blume (CEO & Head of Creative Production) and Peter Schöffer (CEO & Head of Finance), both rooted in music and media technology, started dockyard film production in 2014. Originally a recording studio, they expanded into film production and merged with Viartco, an international design and animation studio. Driven by a cosmopolitan sense of exploration, the inclusion of COO Marcos Medvedov extended the company’s competence to animation and high-level postproduction transforming dockyard into a comprehensive visual agency with permanent staff in creation, graphics, production, visual branding, animation, and on-set production.
